Job Responsibilities
Manage key customers and large accounts to drive business growth
Achieve sales targets from assigned institutions and key accounts
Implement sales plans and promotional activities in line with company strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and key opinion leaders
Provide product information and ensure key messages are effectively delivered
Monitor and report on customer activities, competitor movements, and market conditions
Support product training and provide product knowledge to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Science, Business Administration, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in a related field
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
