Role & Responsibilities:

• Co-operate both internal and external parties to complete services.
• Define the short and long-term product strategy manifesting in an actionable roadmap
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Collect management requirements and transform it into projects pipeline.
• Based on the provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks.
• Work with resource management on planning and resource allocation for according to the project pipeline.
• Work with stakeholders and business units to manage tasks, activities to match scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project work in progress and maintain and support documentation of the project
• Follow up the invoice from Vendor / checking financial information and payment of invoice.
• Checking and following closing reports weekly and consolidate internal reports from the current situation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, account, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or other related fields.
• At least three years' work experience for project coordinator.
• Good command of reading, writing and speaking English
• Proficiency in computer skills program MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills presentation skills.
