Able to utilise manuals and rehearsal content, to ensure that all events are delivered on-brand.

Identify and develop future talent within the entertainment department, ensuring all Entertainment team members have a relevant and effective Performance Development Plan.

Ber able to complete relevant administrative tasks including populating rotas, populating entertainment schedules, to completed risk assessments and to complete safety compliance and legislative compliance checks fully.

You are a fun vibrant personality with ability to work solo and as part of an international team.

A fully adaptable and flexible individual who can work well under pressure.

Additional skills such as presenting, singing, dancing are desirable but not essential.

Ability to connect with the guests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

You are fully conversational in English extra languages will be very helpful.
