Operations Associate – Workforce Development (HR) & Corporate Culture (1-year contract) x 1

Your duty:
To support our future, you will:
- Work closely with the leadership team to establish workforce roadmap and execute accordingly,
- Develop career pathway program and create a bonus payment scheme that attracts high-quality workforces yet optimize operating cost,
- Conduct a workforce research to deeply understand needs of each workforce and goal of their lives,
- Develop a business growth and budget plan using financial data.
To enhance our present works, you will:
- Get all KPI's and OKR's aligned with the key corporate values,
- Manage jobs ads on various channels and guide candidates through our recruitment process,
- Manage payroll system according to the payment schedule,
- Develop Workforce Performance Management (WPM) system and track all KPS's and OKR's,
- Manage workforce engagement program to reward hi-performing individuals and promote key corporate culture,
- Develop corporate handbook involving qualitative and quantitative contents and total business workflow,
- Develop and enhance total remuneration calculation program to attract workforces yet optimize the workforce development cost,
- Supervise and verify all Expense and Employee Benefit reimbursement transactions.
Qualifications
- Degree in any fields that related to Human Resources, Workforce Development, and Corporate Culture.
- Competent in Microsoft Office,
- Experience in HR field will be a big plus,
- Be a flexible person in a startup environment,
- Strong in logical thinking process,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various-background stakeholders, i.e. colleagues, board of director, etc.
