About the role

Sales Support is responsible for coordinating Thailand spare-part requirements before formal purchase order issuance by the Procurement team. The role will support Part Sales requests, Urgent Part Requests, BOM spare-part requirements and spare-part replenishment, with the objective of improving part readiness, cost control and turnaround time for DCSS TPM service delivery. The position will collect and validate requirements, check part availability and alternatives, obtain and compare supplier quotations, prepare the purchasing information, and submit a complete recommendation to Procurement for formal PO issuance. Final PO issuance and formal procurement authority remain with the Procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and follow up Part Sales requests, Urgent Part Requests, BOM part requests and replenishment requests from the Thailand team

• Check available stock and part information; where an exact part number is unavailable, coordinate with the technical team and check approved alternative part numbers in CRM or relevant internal records

• Review BOM lists provided by engineers, confirm required quantities and specifications, and prepare the part-cost and readiness information for purchasing

• Source quotations from appropriate local and overseas suppliers, compare pricing, availability, lead time and commercial terms, and prepare a clear recommendation before submitting the request to Procurement

• Prepare complete purchasing information and supporting documents and submit them to the Procurement team for PO issuance; follow up on outstanding PO actions and delivery status

• Monitor used spare parts and coordinate replenishment requests to maintain the required service stock level and reduce the risk of part shortages

• Prioritize urgent service requirements, coordinate closely with Delivery and Procurement, and provide timely status updates until the required part is ready or delivered

• Work with the Sales team on part-sales requirements, quotation preparation, supplier cost collection and supporting documents needed for order processing

• Liaise with local and overseas vendors to confirm order status, tracking information and expected delivery dates, and escalate significant delays

• Maintain an accurate tracker for open requests, supplier quotations, cost comparison, PO status, part readiness and delivery status; highlight aging or high-risk requests to management

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or spare-parts coordination is preferred

• Experience in IT hardware, server, storage, networking or maintenance-service spare parts is an advantage

• Able to compare quotations, understand basic commercial terms and maintain accurate purchasing records

• Good coordination and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal teams

• Good written and spoken Thai; workable English for supplier and regional communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM / ERP / internal tracking systems

• Strong sense of urgency and ownership

• Cost awareness and attention to detail

• Organized and able to manage multiple open requests
