Architectural Construction Site Manager THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE ROLE — NOT A DESIGN POSITION If your background is in architectural design or interior design studios, this is not the right fit . About DayOne DayOne is a globally funded data center developer operating across Asia-Pacific with USD 3 billion in institutional backing. We are building one of Southeast Asia's most significant greenfield data center campuses in Chonburi, Thailand (approx. 80km south of Bangkok), and need an experienced site professional to own all architectural works from construction through to defect-free handover.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day on-site architectural execution including QA/QC, inspections, defect management, shop drawing review, material approvals, mock-ups, and final handover Review method statements for architectural works and ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards Lead and manage the First-of-Kind (FOK) programme for architectural works Manage contractors and subcontractors across all architectural systems: façades, fire doors, waterproofing, interior finishes, and ironmongery Maintain 3-week rolling plans and coordinate sequencing across trades Lead authority inspections and ensure Thai regulatory compliance Report weekly on progress, delays, and defects via ACC

Requirements 8 to 15 years of on-site construction management experience Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering — or equivalent site management experience Proven hands-on expertise in façade and cladding, waterproofing, fire doors and roller shutters, and interior finishes (walls, floors, ceilings) QA/QC program management on active construction sites Strong hands-on site experience coordinating multiple subcontractors under fast-track construction schedules Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit English required; Thai strongly preferred; Chinese is an advantage Preferred Data center or mission-critical project experience CONQUAS or equivalent QA framework knowledge Autodesk ACC, MS Project, or Power BI Why join DayOne?
