- ประสารงาน จัดทำ และติดตาม งบประมาณของแผนก งบประมาณโครงการ และงบประมาณของบริษัท พร้อมจัดทำรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- จัดทำ Cash flow และศึกษาวิเคราะห์โครงการใหม่ ของบริษัท
- ประสารงาน จัดทำ และติดตาม ราคาขายของทุกโครงการ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
- ประสารงาน จัดทำ และติดตาม กับธนาคารในการสรรหาเงินสำหรับบริษัท
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีการเงิน/การบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงิน, ควบคุมงบประมาณ ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 1 – 3 ปี
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มีประสบการในการจัดทำ Cash Flow หรือวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน
- มีประสบการในการติดต่อประสารงานกับธนาคาร
