The position is responsible for maintaining uptime, coordinating maintenance activities, managing operational risk, and driving continuous improvement across electrical systems performance. Job Description About the Role: Lead shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient data center performance, including after-hours support Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure such as UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems to maintain maximum availability and resilience Lead incident response and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact and restore services quickly Ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance activities, including safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, testing, and commissioning Manage stakeholder communication during operational events, maintenance activities, and service-impacting issues Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives About You: 5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical operations, critical facilities, or mission-critical environments, ideally within data centers or similar high-availability sites Strong knowledge of critical electrical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution infrastructure Proven ability to lead incident response, escalation management, and operational coordination in high-pressure environments Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide shift activities, coordinate vendors and contractors, and support safe, reliable electrical operations Familiar with maintenance planning, safety compliance, permit-to-work processes, testing, and commissioning activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a process-driven approach to uptime, risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement INCO: "Cushman & Wakefield"
