Data Integration Specialist (Junior Level) (1-year contract)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Integration Specialist to support the Buyer Acquisition (BA) & Retention team. You will act as the main point of contact for consolidating team requirements related to dashboards and tracking tools using Power BI and Microsoft Excel. This role involves close collaboration with the BI team to deliver data visualizations and reporting solutions that support our strategic growth initiatives. ธhis is a great opportunity for someone early in their data career who is passionate about data visualization, dashboard building, and learning to turn data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main coordinator within the BA team to collect, organize, and manage dashboard and reporting needs.
- Support the development and upkeep of Power BI dashboards and Excel-based trackers used for performance monitoring and strategic reviews.
- Collaborate closely with the BI team to ensure data alignment and delivery of accurate reporting tools.
- Assist in collecting and preparing raw data for use in reports and dashboards.
- Support basic data analysis and help identify trends or issues across user acquisition, onboarding, and campaign performance.
- Create simple visualizations and summary presentations for internal teams to aid decision-making.
- Maintain data documentation and ensure tracking tools are up to date and user-friendly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a data-related role or internship, preferably within e-commerce, digital business, or marketing operations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI (e.g., dashboard building, data modeling).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of data analysis and visualization.
- Able to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written)
