Managing all operations and employees to ensure customers' happiness and understanding of CORO FIELD

• You will be responsible for all aspects of the operations.
• Leading in all aspects of business planning and overall targets to deliver an excellent experience.
• Achieve and optimize business targets.
• Maintain CORO FIELD brand standards and ensure outstanding guest experience.
• Provide effective leadership to team members.
• Ensure effective and productive owner relationship.
• Deliver results, and set other short-and long-term strategic goals for the property

• Education: Bachelor Degree
• Experience: At least 2 years related experience on supervisory position in Five Star Hotel or restaurant
• Age: 30 - 35 years old
• Language: Thai / English
• Key Attributes: Well-organized with strong attention to details /  Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant personality / Able to work under pressure, and flexible of working schedule
