Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Solution Architect will work with the internal or external clients and understand the project requirements, and will be provide a blue print or solution design document for any tactical project or System Integration projects and ensure standard development procedures are followed.

• Create, design architect and implement programs in Marketing Technologies like Eloqua, Adobe Campaign platform, Braze, Salesforce, Tealium etc

• Subject Matter Expert on product, integration process and complex program flows.

• Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, if needed, metrics reporting, simple solutions to complex policies

• Provide consulting to strategy and delivery team on implementation/technical of Marketing technology.

• Accountable for success of solution and acceptance by customers.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge and working experience in HTML, Java script is a MUST.

• Strong experience in HTML,CSS, Database modelling, Schema Development (XML), JSON Script, and Javascript,Jquery or any scripting technologies like PHP/PYTHON/RUBY or ASP.Net or PHP

• Proficiency with complex IT/software solutions is a must

• Solid understanding of and detailed experience in system/solution architecture, cloud solutions and API.

• Having experience in Line integration with Marketing Automation is preferable.

• Experience in either Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.

• Solid understanding of internet technologies (such as HTML, Flash, JavaScript, XML, Perl, web servers/technology, streaming media)

• Experience with any of the following; Unica, DMO,Eloqua, Oracle/Siebel, Braze, Tealium, SalesLogix, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite CRM is an asset.

• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
