Job Role:

Looking for thailand based Salesforce trainer with proficiency in manufacturing cloud  and train the trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a 5-day Train the Trainer program covering the end-to-end process of Manufacturing Cloud as implemented in our Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft a detailed training agenda and plan aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare tailored training materials, including process flows, slides, hands-on exercises, and quick reference guides.
• Facilitate interactive, practical sessions that include real-world use cases and system demonstrations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to internal trainers, ensuring knowledge retention and confidence in delivery.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve the training content and delivery method.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Salesforce; 2+ years in Manufacturing Cloud
• Experience in corporate Salesforce training
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud; Manufacturing Cloud is a plus)
• Excellent communication in English; Thai fluency preferred
