- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องงานประกันรถยนต์ รับงานเข้าระบบ งานต่ออายุและงานใหม่ ประสานงานข้อมูลภายในองค์กร และอื่น ๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้ถือกรมธรรม์ ผู้ขอสินไหม อู่ซ่อมรถ ตัวแทนทางกฎหมาย และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายรับประกันภัย นักคณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย และฝ่ายอื่น ๆ ตามความจำเป็น
- รับผิดชอบการประสานงานกับคู่ค้า ที่ทำประกันภัย
