• Process daily insurance operations activities accurately and on time.

• Support policy administration tasks, including policy issuance, endorsement, renewal, and cancellation processing.

• Verify documents and data to ensure completeness and compliance with company procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers to resolve operational issues.

• Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and supporting documents.

• Monitor workflow status and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely completion.

• Support service quality and operational control activities as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or related administrative work.

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of insurance operations and policy administration processes.

• Ability to review and verify documents and data accurately.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain operational records.

• Understanding of compliance and internal control requirements
