- ประเมินข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของการเคลมให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- มอบหมายและส่งต่อเคลมไปยังเจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินความเสียหาย อู่ซ่อมรถ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามที่เหมาะสมตามพื้นที่ ประเภทเคลม และปริมาณงาน
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า อู่ซ่อมรถ และทีมงานภายใน เพื่อให้กระบวนการเคลมเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามสถานะการเคลมและแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าและผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการจัดการและการติดต่อสื่อสารทั้งหมดลงในระบบจัดการเคลมอย่างถูกต้อง
- ส่งต่อกรณีที่ซับซ้อนหรือเร่งด่วนให้กับหัวหน้างานหรือทีมงานเฉพาะทางตามความเหมาะสม
- ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย และข้อตกลงการให้บริการ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หากมีความรู้ด้านประกันภัยหรือบริการลูกค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเคลมหรือบริการลูกค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการจัดการและทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมจัดการเคลมและโปรแกรมสำนักงานพื้นฐานได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและรับมือกับปริมาณงานที่มากได้
