Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description Analyze customer business processes and technical requirements. Design and propose GIS-based solutions for utility organizations. Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation approaches. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations. Support RFP/RFQ responses and participate in technical discussions with customers. Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning solution strategies. Participate in the implementation of enterprise GIS solutions for utility customers. Configure, customize, and test GIS applications according to project requirements. Perform business process analysis and functional requirement gathering. Support data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Deliver user training and technical workshops. Provide post-implementation support and technical consulting. Work with regional and international teams on cross-country projects. Participate in meetings with customers and partners in English. Travel domestically and internationally as required. Qualification Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and business domains. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within Thailand and overseas. Knowledge of electrical utility operations, power distribution, transmission, or smart grid. Understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) concepts. Experience with enterprise software implementation projects. Experience in technical consulting, solution design, or pre-sales activities. Knowledge of electric utility business processes, such as: - Asset Management,Distribution Network Operations, Network Planning - Outage Management, Smart Grid, Utility Network Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript, or C#) is an advantage.
