Job Responsibilities: Support the development of internal tools and workflows using low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or similar). Assist in gathering user requirements and translating them into application features. Help test, troubleshoot, and document application functionality and user flows. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to streamline processes and digitize manual workflows. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting automation ideas using low-code solutions. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related fields. Interest in digital transformation and process automation. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or willingness to learn (e.g., Power Apps, AppSheet, OutSystems). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good teamwork and communication skills; ability to work with both tech and non-tech teams.
