Responsibilities Gathers and analyzes software requirement to efficiently address business needs Provides team and user with technical solution and procedural design Liaison between user, operation team, other support area, IT vendor to provide superior customer service Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for user engagements Responsible for the application design, application development that meets system standards from beginning to end Co-operates and facilitates team and related participant interaction Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, or related position. Familiar with databases such as SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
