Application Support Engineer

atCarenett International Co., Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Testing

Function Test, System Test / Conduct system testing, collect actual testing results

2. Project Management

  • Prepare progress reports to supervisor

3. System Implementation

  • Install OS & Software & Peripheral
  • Set up system parameters/ Enter set up data / Prepare user manual

4. Trouble Shooting

  • Receive calls from 1st line support/customer
  • Perform work analysis and trouble shooting/ Problem solving/solution and making corrections

5. Support

  • Maintain technical and service support/ Co-operate/Communicate with all concerned parties

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Thai Nationality ONLY, age not over 35 year old
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or other IT Related fields
  • 2-5 years working experience in Application Support / Developer /Tester
  • Experience /knowledge with SQL , PL /SQL is preferred
  • Strong in database and programming skill
  • Experience of Windows platforms including configuration
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
  • Willing to work off working hours when need
  • Experience with retail & restaurant businesses is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities

​​​​​​​Working Time:

1. Working hour from 9.00 am. to 6.00 pm. Monday through Friday
2. Schedule Standby Support on Weekday from 6.00 pm. to 10.30 pm. Monday through Friday, including National and FTHs public holidays
3. Schedule Standby Support on Weekend (including National and FTHs public holidays) from 8:00 am 10:30 pm
4. Remote support by telephone, E-mail or Onsite support when the customer has incident case
Remark: Schedule Standby Support will be assigned to each Application Support Staff every month.
(around 140 hrs. or less per month depend on working day and public holiday of each month.)

  • Contract: 1 Year
  • Location: WFH/Onsite support when the customer has incident case
