Responsibilities: 

• Preparing of payment vendor every month  
• Preparing of payment to Merchant base on requirements 
• Process refund to the customer 
• Schedule payment/track expenses and make payment within the deadline 
• Cash collection and bank-in by weekly 
• Keep financial records up-to-date and upload them to one drive every month 
• Providing support to the Accounting Department. 
• Collecting financial documents and send WHT to vendor Banks reconciliation and send to the financial team 
• Process claims expense of staff and requests an approval 
• Basic administration, ensure the functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed 
• Maintain and update company databases 
• Other ad hoc duties
