The Mission

Bistrochat is expanding its footprint across Thailand’s most vibrant culinary hubs. We are looking for a high-energy, autonomous Business Development & Account Management professional to lead our growth in Bangkok, Phuket, or Pattaya.

This isn't just a sales role; you will be the face of Bistrochat in your territory, responsible for the entire lifecycle of a restaurant partnership—from the first "hello" to ensuring their long-term success on our platform.

What You Will Do

  • Own Your Territory: Identify and hunt for top-tier restaurants, bars, and clubs to join the Bistrochat network.

  • Manage the Pipeline: Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Cultivate Relationships: Act as a dedicated Account Manager for your signed partners, ensuring they are fully optimized and seeing the value in our automation tools.

  • Be Autonomous: Manage your own schedule and strategy. Whether you are pounding the pavement in Sukhumvit or meeting owners in Patong, you run your desk like your own business.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on local trends to help us refine our product for the Thai market.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Closer: You have a proven track record in B2B sales (Especially with Restaurants and Hospitality), ideally within the F&B, hospitality, or SaaS sectors.

  • Relationship-Driven: You don’t just close deals; you build partnerships. You understand the unique pressures restaurant owners face.

  • Self-Starter: You thrive without constant supervision. You are disciplined, organized, and motivated by targets.

  • Locally Connected: You are based in (or have an intimate knowledge of) the dining scenes in Bangkok, Phuket, or Pattaya.

  • Fluent Communicator: Strong English skills are required; fluency in Thai is Mandatory for navigating local partnerships.
