- มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Sketch Up และ Photoshop ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถเคลียร์แบบ และเสก็ตแบบงานก่อสร้างได้
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา ขยัน อดทน
- เรียนรู้งานเร็ว มองโลกในแง่ดีและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
