About the role

Senior Engineer – Sales & Marketing role focused on developing new customers and business opportunities for plastic injection products. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, requiring the ability to prepare product quotations, calculate pricing, and manage customer relationships across the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

Develop new customers and business opportunities for plastic injection products

• Prepare product costing, selling prices, and customer quotations based on material, machine, tooling, labor, overhead, and profit margin

• Review RFQs, drawings, and customer specifications and provide technical/commercial solutions

• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Tooling teams for new projects and product development

• Negotiate product pricing and follow up quotation status with customers

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities

• Support cost reduction, value engineering, and improvement of product profitability

• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales and margin targets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer/Plastic Engineering, or related field

• 5–8+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, technical sales, sales engineering, product costing, or manufacturing
