M&A Post-Merger Integration Project Manager
atBetagro PCLAs part of the M&A team you will be at the
forefront of Betagro's expansion
plans and will need to work extensively with corporate strategy, business unit leaders and external industry experts to support the origination, development, due diligence, approval and execution of M&A deals.
Role Summary:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of post-merger integration projects to align business functions, realize synergies, and ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integration plans, timelines, and milestones.
Collaborate across departments (finance, HR, IT, operations) to ensure alignment.
Manage risks, resolve issues, and track synergy achievement.
Lead change management efforts and support cultural alignment.
Report progress to stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of integration processes and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
