- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์และกลั่นกรอง แผนงบประมาณและงบลงทุนของธนาคาร เพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการวิเคราะห์แผนงบประมาณ
- ติดตามผลค่าใช้จ่ายของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์การใช้จ่ายของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และธนาคาร โดยเทียบกับแผนงบประมาณที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ
- ดูแลข้อมูลของงบประมาณให้มีความเป็นปัจจุบัน และจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และธนาคาร
