As a UX Researcher, you will be involved in the full spectrum of UX research activities to support the needs of our bank customers at every life stage and ensure our services are made right, just for them. Together with designers, you contribute to the success of delivering great digital products and experiences of tomorrow.


Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior researchers, designers, and content strategists to create research strategies driven by business goals and priorities
- Identify and recommend research methods where needed; or otherwise determine suitable best practices that help to solve the same issues
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesise findings or results to develop actionable insights towards viable user-centred design solutions
- Support in setting up usability test scripts, and running usability tests or validation sessions
- Incorporate test results to hi-fi design iterations from usability test findings
- Effectively communicate clear research insights and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and visually
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams that include other designers, product owners, product managers, marketing, solution architects, developers and engineers, QA and project managers
- Support in remote / in-person workshops as needed


Professional Experience


- 3+ years of hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research supporting product development, such as UX, design research or customer insights


- A portfolio showcasing a range of UX research conducted & design solutions, and how you arrived at them


- Fluency in both English and Thai


Qualifications and Requirements


- Good knowledge of the UX design, UX research and service design activities


- Strong communication skills, both written and oral


- Able to justify research and design decisions through research-based insights to guide design solutions


- Experience working on web and mobile products in a design research capacity


- Strategic thinker, with applied knowledge of UX within product development cycles


- Empathic and curious, with a good sense of filtering out noise to uncover


- Interested in ethnography, psychology, human-computer interaction and behavioural science


- Great attention to detail, with a can-do attitude


- Collaborative team-playing within the design team as well as cross-functionally


- Good working knowledge of design & UX design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and understanding of other prototyping applications are welcome


- Adaptive and ability to manage stress at times


- Handle feedback well in a collaborative and iterative environment


- Degree in related research discipline preferred, although portfolio and application skills will be determinant factors

- Relevant experience in financial services industry is a plus
