Job Description:
Study IT Applications and the other Services of Bangkok Bank. Be responsible in some topics for training end-user. Daft end-user manual and create a storyboard for e-Learning.
- Study the service of BBL: IT Applications and other services of BBL. Study how to provide the knowledge to end-user.
- Write user manual on the topic as assigned.
- Create a storyboard for e-Learning on the topic as assigned.
- Train end-user about how to input data and how to use the report or the information by inquiry on the topic as assigned.
- Advise end-user about how to solve the problem in the part of user-process on the topic as assigned.
- Perform other jobs that are assigned.
Required qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, IT Education or relevant degree
- 0 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills both in Thai and English.
- Skill in IT and training are preferred.
Working Location : BBL IT Center, Rama 3 Office
