ลักษณะงาน:
- ศึกษาระบบงานบริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานของส่วนฯ
- ประสานงานในการจัดทำบัตร Terminal Access card / Admin card / Verification card/PIN TELEFAX เพื่อส่งมอบให้สาขาทั่วประเทศ
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขรายการ Unmatch ที่เกิดจากรายการถอนเงิน,โอนเงิน,ชำระเงินและบริการอื่นๆที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขรายการร้องเรียนที่เกิดจากรายการถอนเงิน,โอนเงิน,ชำระเงินและบริการอื่นๆที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ให้ลูกค้าทั้งจากทำรายการไม่ถูกต้องและปัญหาข้อผิดพลาดเกี่ยวกับระบบงาน
- วิเคราะห์และจัดทำข้อมูลรวมทั้งสำเนาภาพเกี่ยวกับงานบริการการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้หน่วยงานราชการ/ หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ตามที่ขอ
- ประสานงานติดตั้งเครื่อง ATM / CDM / PASS BOOK และดำเนินการจัดส่ง TMK ให้สาขาทั่วประเทศ
- ประสานงานติดตามรายการทวงถามระหว่างธนาคารทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ประสานงานจัดส่งข้อมูลธุรกรรมธนาคารให้กับธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
- จัดทำและประมวลผลการ Settlement รายการระหว่างธนาคาร ตลอดจนการชำระดุลระหว่างธนาคาร
- บันทึกการลงทะเบียนงานบริการ Download/Sweeping Account/Cheque Payment
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรี ความรู้ด้านบัญชี/ เศรษฐศาสตร์ / การเงิน/ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0 - 3 ปี
- ความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office
- ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: ธนาคารกรุงเทพ พระราม 3
