Job Description:

• Provide full range of business services tailored toward client needs across markets, asset classes, and delivery wrapper, including but not limited to:

- Company financing (e.g., against securities or other assets, IPO, corporate finance)
- Implementation of monetization strategy (e.g., finding a buyer)
- Capital market solutions
- Advisory services related to acquisitions, divestitures, takeover defuse strategies, as well as, debt & equity offerings

• Be a primary source of expertise around specialized lending services and products i.e. structured loan
• Work in partnership with the Wealth Advisors to manage customer requests end-to-end regarding lending request
• Conduct thorough assessment of loan requests
• Comply with bank policies & procedures, code of conduct and all regulations / notices / guidelines issued by the Bank of Thailand and the Securities Commission of Thailand, particularly lending and transactional activities

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• 5+ years in investment banking role, or similar (i.e., commercial or corporate banking)
• Extensive experience with providing advisory services to leading corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors and sovereigns
• Expert on lending, related regulations, compliance policies, desk procedures and guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
