Position: We are seeking a full-time Corporate Associate. The Corporate Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as due diligence, review and drafting of contracts, and advice on regulatory issues. The Corporate Associate must be capable of analyzing and communicating legal and factual findings effectively, and performing thorough and accurate research.
