Relationship Manager
atAuto X Co., Ltd. (SCBX)Role PurposeThe Relationship Manager is responsible for building and expanding AutoX's partner ecosystem, identifying potential juristic-person customers, and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of opportunities for the Business Development team. The role connects AutoX with partners, business networks, entrepreneurs, associations, platforms, dealers, merchants, fleet operators, and other customer ecosystems that can generate scalable and sustainable business opportunities.
The role combines relationship development, opportunity origination, market intelligence, and portfolio monitoring. The successful candidate should be comfortable using AI-enabled tools and analytics to identify prospects, synthesize market information, prioritize opportunities, and improve portfolio and partner management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Ecosystem Development
- Identify and develop relationships with partners that can create customer access, referrals, distribution opportunities, or new business models for AutoX.
- Build connectivity across business networks, industry associations, dealers, merchants, digital platforms, fleet operators, service providers, and other relevant ecosystems.
- Assess the strategic fit, reach, economics, execution requirements, and growth potential of prospective partners.
- Develop partner propositions, commercial concepts, and joint go-to-market initiatives in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain structured engagement plans for priority partners and identify opportunities to deepen or expand each relationship.
- Juristic Customer & Opportunity Origination
- Identify potential juristic-person customers, including SMEs, business owners, and organizations whose financing or ecosystem needs may be relevant to AutoX.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and understand their operating model, customer base, financing needs, and potential areas of collaboration.
- Generate and qualify opportunities before handing them into the wider Business Development process.
- Translate market conversations into clear opportunity briefs, including customer need, potential value, proposed solution, key stakeholders, dependencies, and next actions.
- Coordinate with Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Data teams to assess feasibility and advance qualified opportunities.
- Deal Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a transparent pipeline covering partners, juristic customers, campaigns, and potential transactions.
- Track opportunities from identification and qualification through solution development, internal assessment, proposal, approval, launch, and conversion.
- Prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, expected business value, probability of conversion, execution effort, portfolio quality, and time to realization.
- Provide reliable pipeline updates, opportunity forecasts, key risks, decision requirements, and recommended actions to Business Development management.
- Identify stalled opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to remove bottlenecks or reset the commercial approach.
- Market Intelligence & AI-Enabled Opportunity Discovery
- Monitor market developments, customer behavior, partner ecosystems, competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging business models.
- Use AI-enabled research, summarization, analytics, and prospecting tools to accelerate market mapping and identify potential partners, customer clusters, and whitespace opportunities.
- Validate AI-generated outputs against reliable internal and external information before using them in business decisions.
- Convert market observations and data into concise, actionable recommendations for partner targeting, product development, campaign design, and market entry.
- Maintain a reusable intelligence base covering key sectors, ecosystems, prospects, partner movements, customer needs, and competitive propositions.
- Partner & Portfolio Management
- Monitor business contribution, activity, conversion, portfolio quality, customer behavior, and concentration across assigned partners or opportunity groups.
- Use dashboards, analytics, and AI-assisted analysis to identify performance trends, anomalies, growth opportunities, and emerging risks.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and recommend actions to improve lead quality, conversion, utilization, customer experience, and relationship value.
- Balance growth objectives with responsible portfolio development and alignment to AutoX's risk appetite.
- Ensure that commercial insights and portfolio feedback are shared with the relevant product, credit, risk, and operational teams.
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Act as the relationship owner and internal coordinator for assigned partners and qualified opportunities.
- Prepare clear business cases, opportunity papers, partner proposals, management updates, and decision materials.
- Set agreed actions, owners, timelines, and success measures for opportunity development and partner initiatives.
- Support pilot execution and post-launch reviews, ensuring lessons are captured and used to improve future initiatives.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure activities comply with AutoX policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

- Value and quality of the qualified opportunity pipeline.
- Number and quality of new partner and juristic-customer opportunities originated.
- Pipeline conversion, opportunity progression, and forecast reliability.
- Business volume and active customer opportunities generated through assigned relationships.
- Partner activation, productivity, retention, and relationship expansion.
- Portfolio quality and performance of business generated through assigned channels.
- Quality, relevance, and business impact of market intelligence and AI-enabled insights.
- Timeliness and effectiveness of cross-functional execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management, partnerships, business development, financial services, channel development, SME banking, commercial roles, or ecosystem development.
- Experience in lending, secured finance, automotive finance, digital platforms, dealer or merchant ecosystems, or data-driven commercial management is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, develop business cases, and progress initiatives across multiple internal functions.
