Position: Executive Assistant to CEO

This Executive Assistant position is for a confident extroverted people person who loves networking, is passionate about digital marketing and commercial transformation.

We are a young growing digital agency, so there are plenty of opportunities to grow and contribute your ideas to the business.

The main responsibility of this position is to execute all business development activities of Aura media as well as assist our Managing director with daily operational tasks and general management. The objective is to drive business expansion in Thailand and international markets.

Networking, PR & Sales – Online and Offline

• Identify and engage with all potential clients.
• Setup meetings with leads and help them scope their digital needs and wants.
• Take lead on key client relationships and ensure relationship grows.
• Participating in and organizing networking events on a monthly basis.
• Identifying and engaging with leading PR, marketing & digital related media channels
and events.
• Daily engagement on social media channels.

Recruitment & HR

• Cordinate and setup interviews with new candidates.
• Manage documentation for all employees.
• Take care of all employees work happiness.
• Organise weekly and monthly team activities.
• Organise company trips.

Office Management

• Make sure the office runs smoothly with weekly cleaning, water supply and stationery for all employees.
• Coordinate with outsource IT, Accounting and all other suppliers/partners to get their service.
• Maintain digital and physical copies of all business transactions and documents.
• File all documents in digital and physical format in clear organized method.
• Assist with general administration tasks as assigned.
