JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare monthly tax, PND. 1,3,53, P.P. 30,36, and social security documents.
• Prepare sales tax invoices and receipts.
• Prepare cash flow report and internal financial report.
• Understand the accounting system and is able to record various account journals
• Able to use accounting programs
• Prepare analytical reports for presentation to executives
• Handle import and prepare import documents
• Responsible for warehouse management
• Responsible for human resources
• Other general affairs tasks as assigned.
• Experience: At least 3 years of related working experience (training provided).
• Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese (need to b ble to communicate with foreigner).***
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook
• Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
• Driving license: Yes
