Accounting Manager
atAstrid Anti-Aging Studio- กำหนดนโยบายและวางแผนงานด้านบัญชีและการเงิน รวมทั้งกำหนดระบบบัญชีและการเงิน ให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
- จัดทำบัญชี และตรวจสอบการปิดบัญชีของบริษัทในแต่ละงวดให้ถูกต้องและเป็น
- จัดทำ ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน และรายงานทางบัญชีต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำ ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการรับ - จ่ายเงินของบริษัท โดยตรวจสอบการออกใบเสร็จ การบันทึกบัญชี เอกสารการเบิกจ่าย และรายงานทางการเงินให้ถูกต้องตรงกัน
- จัดทำงบประมาณของบริษัท และตรวจสอบดูแลการใช้งบประมาณให้ถูกต้อง และเป็นไปตามแผนงบประมาณที่วางไว้
- รายงานภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำส่งหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลรายงานด้าน Stock และต้นทุน
- ยื่นภาษีรายเดือนและรายปี (ภงด 3, ภงด 53, ภงด1, ภงด50, ภพ30)
- คำนวณ ยื่นภาษี รายได้พนักงาน
- แจ้งเข้า-ออก ประกันสังคม
- ประสานงานกับธนาคาร ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี และหน่วยงานราชการ
