Project Executive / Senior Project Executive (เจ้าหน้าที่/เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส ฝ่ายพัฒนาโครงการ)
atAsset World Corp PLC- Executes the direction, policies and ISO procedure.
- Executes due diligence (site constraints, set-back laws, local codes, utilities, amenities and neighbors)
- Project Management
- Project Design and Planning.
- Construction and Site Management
- Hand-over Management
- Ensures timely payments to consultants and contractors.
- Prepares reports related to project for management review.
- Evaluation of consultants and contractors (both new and existing).
- Responsible for project related documentation filing.
- Work in line with department KPIs and Quality Management System (QMS) used in the company.
- Any other duties may be assigned by Head of Department/Division.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil , Mechanical , Electrical or related Field
- Experiences in project management or construction management 2 – 7 years
- Can Communicate in English
- Used to work in Hotel business have more advantaged
