Job Purpose: Develop and administer investment property operating budget for company properties in portfolio.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyst & Executer

• Provide monthly and quarterly forecast, actual/budget comparison and necessary actions to minimize the gaps.

2. Analyst & Executer

• Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of revenue/expenses statistical data as may be required to provide accurate assessment of property overall status.

3. Analyst & Executer

• Responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the properties in portfolio, and maintenance of all necessary financial records and files.

4. Analyst & Executer

• Identify opportunities and enhancement initiatives to increase capital and rental value.

5. Analyst

• Responsible for undertaking the necessary valuations/appraisals and preparing reports to support enhancement initiatives, for approval.

6. Analyst

• Preparation of decision-making data/info/material to the benefit of investment property team.

7. Coordinator

• Work closely with Property Manager to manage property/portfolio risk management and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
• Experience in any related business below at least 5 years in Real Estate Business (i.e. Retail, Commercial Building, Hotel, Real Estate-Consultancy)
• Solid modeling skills, analytical/logical mindset and highly attention to details.
• Good ability to work as a team, and to manage internal and external relationships.
• Presentation and Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong English communication skill (both written and verbal)
