About the role

This position is responsible for managing the finance and accounting function of Aspire Lifestyles Thailand, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, effective financial controls, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. The role serves as a strategic business partner to the Business Development and Operations teams by providing commercial finance support, pricing governance, profitability analysis, and financial insights to drive sustainable business growth and operational efficiency. The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with Group policies and procedures while supporting business decision-making through financial analysis and operational performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with Group policies and accounting standards.

• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and journal entries.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, management accounts and supporting schedules.

• Maintain integrity of financial data within SUN Systems and related reporting platforms.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for the Thailand business.

• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.

• Partner closely with Business Development and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

• Lead financial evaluation of client proposals, tenders, renewals and commercial agreements.

• Develop and maintain pricing models, costing methodologies and profitability analyses to ensure sustainable margins.

• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or commercial finance.

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing, and profitability analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax management, audit coordination, and internal controls.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.

• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SUN Systems, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance financial discipline and business objectives.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
