Restaurant Supervisor

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Supervisor leads the team during assigned shifts and ensures smooth operations, good service and food quality throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise frontline and kitchen team members during shifts.

• Assign workstations and coordinate break times.

• Ensure customers receive quick and friendly service.

• Check food presentation and portion standards.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

• Support outlet opening and closing duties.

• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.

• Monitor employee attendance and performance.

• Coach and support new and existing team members.

• Assist with customer complaints and service issues.

• Ensure the team follows food safety and workplace safety procedures.

• Report operational or employee issues to management.

Requirements:

• Previous F&B experience, preferably with some supervisory experience.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to lead and work well with the team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Good Thai communication skills.

• Basic or conversational English preferred.

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
