Position Summary

Laguna Phuket is seeking an Assistant Landscape Design & Development Manager to support the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects across the destination. This role works closely with the Director of Centralised Landscape to deliver high-quality projects, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to the development of a high-performing landscape team. Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, design, and delivery of landscape development projects.

Prepare landscape drawings, technical documentation, presentations, specifications, and reports.

Coordinate site works and monitor project quality, budgets, schedules, and progress.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project implementation.

Assist in developing and enhancing landscape standards across Laguna Phuket.

Contribute to team development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, Property Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design, construction, site supervision, or project management.

Understanding landscape construction, planting, irrigation systems, project delivery and maintenance

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Well communication, presentation, and management skills.
