Sales Engineer (Customer Service Consultant)

- Increase sales revenue.
- Major responsibility on service order propose service product to customer
- Discover customer need and give feedback to service operation team meeting with customer and service fulfillment team to keep customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the other department for internal process ie. Credit team, legal team and business support follow up credit term for customer, prepare draft contract for service agreement and follow up with customer that have pending invoice.
- To implement and oversee the sales, administrative, and financial activities.
- Sales strategic planning
- Maintain existing customer and expand business to new customer for achieve target
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or higher
- Experience 1-5 years in Sales, Service & Maintenance and General business administration of air-conditioning firm, of management level.
- Knowledge in HVAC System, Air-conditiongin background, Contracting Sales, Service would be advantage
- Have vision, initiative and an orientation towards delivering good service and achieving target results' cost –conscious , team player and self-motivated , Management skills
- Strong in computer and presentation skills
- Good command of English communication TOEIC 500 UP
- Good personality and communication
- Own car and driving license
