HR Support Services Specialist

- Provide HR transactional and interactional support services for employee services processes, including On-board, Off-board, Probation, Contract Renew, Internal Transfer, Retirement, etc. with high service standard, policy compliance, and process efficiency to deliver good customer experience.
- Support HRSS leader to drive policies/processes/systems standardization, and execution throughout daily job.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and partner with appropriate parties to test and implement new improvements.
- Ensure employee data integrity and confidentiality at all time.
- Act as SME for customer support, partner with other HR services teams (e.g. payroll team, employee data team, HRBP teams) to provide customer (can be employee or managers) with integrated solution.
- Support internal/external audit process to ensure the compliance.
- Support annual customer satisfaction survey and work on the action plan for improvement.
- Act as back-up for other HR support services team members as needed.
- Bachelor Degree or above, with major in Human Resource is preferred
- Fluent in both Thai & English (both oral and writing)
- Good in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point; Visio skill is a plus)
- At least 5 year experience in MNC in HR function;
- HR experience in a plant is preferred; HR Share Service experience is a plus
- Familiar with local labor law/legislation and social security regulations/policies, as well as HR functional knowledge and HR processes.
- Acceptance of flexible working place as travel to our plant site to provide HR support can be required (about 2-4 times per month)
