Assistant Managing Director – Credit Operations
atAIRA Factoring PCLDirect responsible for Operations to ensure the credit operations and settlement processes are effective support of the front office team and consistent with business strategy.
- Serve as part of Management team to exercise decision and execute strategy
- Lead the team of 10-20 staffs in operations and support of the company
- Develop process and plan to ensure their alignment with short and long-term objectives
- Develop and motivate subordinates to advance their knowledge, engagement, and performance
- Bachelor or higher in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in management level from Bank or financial Institution
- Work experience in Credit, Operations and Settlement
- Strong knowledge in the business of SME loans, factoring, trade financing, short-term credit, and banking
- Possess skills in Leadership, Teamwork, Communication and Problem-solving
- Good English and Fin-Tech Literacy
- Some knowledge in SEC rules related listed company will be advantage
