Job Description

We build solutions for clients from business brief to production. Our core work spans Web Applications, Marketing Technology, and AI/LLM Integration. We're looking for someone who can take what the team builds, get it running reliably in production, and keep it running efficiently long-term.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the team's Deployment Pipeline and CI/CD

• Own Infrastructure and Runtime Environments - stable and cost-effective

• Handle Production Incidents - debug, fix, and prevent recurrence

• Set up Monitoring and Alerting so the team knows about problems first

• Establish Baseline Architecture / Templates for the team to reuse

• Define standards for CI/CD, Environment Management, and Secret Management

• Take POCs from Solution Engineers and make them Production-ready - error handling, logging, retry, resilience

• Run basic Load / Stress Testing before launch

• Set a Production Security Baseline - dependency scanning, secret scanning, basic security checks in CI/CD

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of production or platform responsibility

• Has deployed and maintained real production systems (required)

• Can deploy and manage services on Kubernetes (at least Helm / Ingress / Autoscaling / Basic troubleshooting)

• Knows what not to do in production
