Job Description

• Lead and provide high-quality design solutions across digital advertising, key visuals, concept board, advanced motion graphics, and social content.

• Establish, maintain, and scale Design Systems to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms.

• Lead brainstorming sessions, set visual direction, and guide creative concepts from inception to execution.

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering design excellence and collaborative workflows within the team.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, and Strategy) to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, advertising, or interactive media agencies.

• Advanced expertise in Motion Graphics execution.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and capable of integrating AI design tools into the creative workflow.

• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Nice to have

• Advanced expertise in 3D Design

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and digital product design.

• Experience with interactive media, AR/VR, or coding.
