Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed designs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage design quality, budgets, timelines, and material specifications.
• Supervise landscape construction and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Incorporate sustainable design and cost-effective landscaping solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in residential property development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and landscape visualization tools.
• Strong design management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
