Job Description

• Creative Leadership & Direction: Set the visual tone, strategic design direction, and high aesthetic standards across all, you will drive projects, campaigns, and digital platforms.

• Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a group of designers, fostering continuous skill growth, smooth collaboration, and effective workflow management.

• Motion & Design System Oversight: motion graphic execution, and the architecting/scalability of Design Systems for major brands.

• Brainstorming & Concept Development: Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Account Management teams to conceptualize and pitch innovative digital solutions.

• Quality & Delivery Control: Ensure all design deliverables meet brand objectives, quality benchmarks, and tight deadlines with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in digital design, advertising, or creative agency environments, with at least 2-3 years in a team lead or managerial role.

• Advanced expertise in graphic and motion execution, and capable of integrating AI design tools into the creative workflow.

• Proven leadership, people management, and client presentation skills.

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual aesthetics, typography, key visuals, and storytelling.

• Strong strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and works well with others.

Nice to have

• Solid background in UI/UX principles, design architecture, or interactive digital experiences.

• Experience in pitch winning and creative pitch presentations.

• Strong track record of establishing and scaling complex Design Systems.
