Key Responsibilities

• Review third-party supplier invoices, ensuring VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) compliance.

• Verify VAT accuracy, including tax invoice requirements, tax rates, calculations, and supporting documents.

• Assess the substance of transactions to determine whether WHT applies and validate the correct WHT rate based on Thai tax regulations.

• Identify and escalate tax-related discrepancies, calculation errors, and compliance risks.

• Organize, sort, bind, and archive accounting vouchers, invoices, contracts, and supporting documents.

• Support audit and document retrieval requirements when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of VAT and WHT processes.
• Ability to analyze transaction nature and determine applicable WHT requirements and rates.
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data verification.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, tax review, or manufacturing industry finance operations is preferred.
• Proficient in English communication
