Responsibilities 

• Greets and assists visitors, patients from online and offline , obtains initial patient information support foreigner requirement .
• screen phone calls/email for the most effectively services , responds to international inquiries.
• Performs office support, schedule services, and appointments, verifies benefits and assists with various insurance protocols.
• Prepares patient treatment plan, reviews requisitions, confirm and explains financial responsibilities
• Research and statistic record feedback, tracks practice patterns and result
• Perform quality review, Market summary, monthly report
• Demonstrated a complete understanding of information process, guidelines in training manuals, regulatory manuals , facility policies and procedures as they relate to patient care information and billing information
• English communication effectively at all level internally and externally , expressing ideas and information clearly and concisely, in verbal and written form.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree any fields
• Excellent English Communication and Negotiation skill
• Able to Speak Thai
• Good personality, Professional Manner
• Be able to work under pressure
• Working Hour 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM, 6 days per week (Flexible Roster)
