ตรวจสอบการทำงานของฝ่ายผลิตให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการต่างๆถูกต้องและจะได้งานที่มีคุณภาพถึงมือลูกค้า
ตรวจสอบเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพให้ถูกต้องและทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
อบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพ และการAuditจากลูกค้า
