• Managing the Sales Team 2 business units (Food Additives, Personal Care and Cosmetics) by coaching, motivating, supervising, and following up to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Regularly meeting with sales personnel to review sales activity, customer retention, and relationship activities, review sales performance compared to goal.
• Contact assigned accounts to identify customer needs, changing requirements or potential issues and resolve accordingly.
• Collaborate with overseas suppliers for product development, provides sales target and pricing negotiation.
• Finding new suppliers to build up a business unit and expand the market.
• Coordinating with other department involved in sales activities to complete customer requirement and the company's target.
• Report and present sale revenue, profit, expense, and problem through updating market situation.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical, Food Science or Cosmetics Science.
• Minimum 5 years of managing the sales team.
• 5-10 years sales experience in Foods Additives, Personal Care & Cosmetics industry.
• Good market analysis, planning skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal with leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, MS Office and presentation skills.
